What is ThinkChat?

A WhatsApp AI chatbot and customer service platform from Think AI (M) Sdn Bhd. It answers from your own Q&A and documents, collects customer details, books appointments and hands conversations to your team.

Who is ThinkChat for?

SMEs and solo entrepreneurs in Malaysia with more customer messages than hands to answer them — for sales, customer service and bookings.

Which channels does it support?

Your website chat widget, WhatsApp (official Meta API or QR), Messenger and Telegram. Instagram, Twitter, Viber, LINE, WeChat, Zalo and Xiaohongshu are coming soon.

What can ThinkChat do in a conversation?

Answer questions from your Q&A and documents, guide customers with menu buttons, collect their details, book appointments into ThinkChat Calendar and hand over to your team. Voice notes are transcribed and images described before it replies. It chats in English, Chinese and Malay.

How is it different from a basic chatbot?

It follows the path you draw in AI Flows one step at a time, answers side questions without losing its place, and sends your card text exactly as written. When it doesn’t know an answer, it says so instead of guessing.

What happens if ThinkChat doesn’t know an answer?

It says so instead of guessing. After a second miss in a row it can bring in your team automatically — or, if that setting is off, it lets the customer know and keeps helping with everything else.

Does ThinkChat book appointments?

Yes. It offers the next free slot in ThinkChat Calendar — tomorrow or the day after, within your office hours — and books it when the customer taps Lock it. Appointments are included on the Senior and Manager plans.

What plans are there?

Junior, Senior and Manager, billed monthly or yearly (Junior+, Senior+ and Manager+). Senior adds AI Flows and appointments; Manager adds Lead Forms, multiple knowledge categories and priority support.
